Technical requirements

For work with Business.Online system you should have an access to *.unicredit.ru and *.gws.unicredit.ru, HTTPS protocol (port 443). System IP-address is 178.248.238.116.

You must log in to the system at the following address: https://gws.unicredit.ru

Please, pay attention that various group policies and restrictions may affect correct system behavior.

The PC's of those users who have rights to sign the documents must respond to the following requirements: USB-port available, active Internet connection and on of the following operating systems installed:

• Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32 or 64 bit);
• Microsoft Windows 10 (32 or 64 bit);
• macOS X 10.12 or higher (works with ruToken only);

Attention! From April 8th, 2014 Microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP. Windows Vista has no support from April 11th, 2017. Windows 7 is not supported since January 14th, 2020 and Windows 8 is not suuported since January 12th, 2016. It is not possible to use these OS for work with Business.Online.

Please, pay your attention that there may be troubles with eToken in the systems newer than Windows 7.

Attention! Starting from the 1st of March 2020 Business.Online system does not support TLS 1.0 и 1.1 protocols.

One or several browsers should be installed:

• Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge
• Opera 36 or higher
• Google Chrome 49 or higher
• Yandex Browser 15.10 or higher
• Safari (macOS X only)

Those users, who don't have signature rights, can use any browser they prefer.
