Cache and Java cleaning

In most web browsers cache function is used to display frequently used data, images, and web resources. The caching feature stores (or "caches") the data on the user's computer so that the same information does not have to load every time you visit the same web page. Caching on subsequent visits to the web site or web page is opened faster.

If the web site or web page has been updated since the last visit, the browser detects the update, and then loads the new content instead of old cached version. Sometimes this function is not working properly, and the browser displays the old information.
